Lotion Hauls: New Scents
I decided to purchase the new Coconut scent from "Bath and Body Works" smells exactly like coconuts! I also bought the new Country Chick scent basically because of its cute packaging. The other scent came free in a limited offer.

Urban Decay Naked Palette
So I got put on the waiting list for the Naked palette 3 months ago and got it today! It is amazing and for sure worth the wait. It comes with 12 eyeshadows and one mini primer potion! They are small but there is a huge variety of them. It has every neutral colour I would ever need, and excellent quality.

Elf Blushes
So a little while ago I purchased some Elf blushes. They were $3 each which was insanely cheep! In general they work pretty good, great for the price. The first blush is a blush/bronzer. It is called "blushed/bronze" and is a pretty nice blush. The blush and bronzer both have shimmer. The 2ndblush is called "tickled pink" and is a beautiful peach colour. It has pretty good colour pay off. Not as much as some other brands but its sooooo cheep! And the last colour is called "candid coral" which has hardly any colour pay off on my skin tone. I am a NW20 in MAC colours. I guess if you were more pale then me it would look great. Overall I do think these blushes are worth it especially for beginners, especially because of their price.

Clinique: Bottom Lash Mascara
So I recently purched "Clinique Bottom Lash Mascara" because I heard great things about it and I usually do not wear mascara on my lower lashes because it looks awful. However, when I bought this I fell in love. The want is sooooo tiny and gets every little lash easily to give that doll eyed look. I love it. It is about $10 so not bad at all.

Too Faced Natural Eye Palette Review
So I received this for my birthday a few weeks ago after wanting it a long time. This palette contains 9 shadows, 3 of them a huge size! Each shadow has amazing pigmentation and I use the shadow heaven daily as a browbone highlight, Sexpresso daily as my eyebrow colour and I constantly use silk teddy as an inner highlight. There is not much to say other then each colour is extremely beautiful! You can tell I have already made a big dent in it :)

Nail Art and O.P.I. Haul!
I finailly found this brand of nail art nail polish in a store. They are much betterand cheeper then other brands. I went crazy and picked up a bunch and have been having fun with designs on my nails. I also picked up the O.P.I. Katy Perry nail polish in "Teenage Dream" which is stunning. It is much more pink then the picture. It is a light pink colour with light pink and holographic glitter in it. I wear it alone and I need 2 coats. It is absolutely stunning. I also was excited to buy the O.P.I. shattered nail polish. This goes on ontop of other nail polish as a black coat then shatters and cracks into a sick design in under a minute. Here is a picture of the finished product. I apply nail polish very messy, but still.

NYX Haul
I rarely find places in Canada that sell NYX products. Luckily I came across one today. I picked up another Jumbo Eye Shadow Pencil in "Lavender" because I absolutely love them. I also picked up a coloured eyeliner because it was only $3 and good quality. I am not willing to buy expensive coloured eyeliners because I use them rarely. I picked up a white glitter because I own none and it could really spice up certain evening looks. I also picked up a NYX eyeshadow trio with tropical colours because they just looked stunning.

Sephora Birthday Haul
I went by Sephora to pick up a new eyeshadow primer because I was running low. I discovered the new Urban Decay Primer Potion in Eden and figured it would be a perfect fit for my skin tone as apposed to clear primer. It works great, no surprise. The eyeshadow lasts forever! It was also recently my birthday so I received a free birthday gift from Philosophy. It smells pretty bad in my opinion but it was free so I might as well use it up. I fell in love with a two toned nail polish named "Mash-up" from the Sephora by O.P.I. collection or also called "Just Like the Movies" from the Katy Perry collection by O.P.I. It is a silvery colour that has hints of purple and green in it. Absolutely stunning.

Review: Maybelline Falsies Mascara
L'Oreal Telescopic Mascara has been my favourite mascara for years. I have occasionally tried other brands but always went back to that. There was a recent price increase in that mascara which pushed me to try something else. I had heard amazing reviews about the Maybelline Falsies Mascara so I decided to try it. When I first put it on I was shocked. It made my look so full and long, a dramatic difference. It makes the lashes look thick while giving volume. I am absolutely in love with this mascara and it does not clump. It is my new favourite and I will repurchase.

Tutorial: Purple and Pink Sparkle for a night out
Inspired by http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ZB8nV453mTc
Step 1: Prime your eyes
Step 1: Prime your eyes
Step 2: Use a silver base and place it all over the lid (I used 'pots and pans jumbo eyeliner' from NYX'
Step 3: Place a matte white shadow all over the inner 2/3 of your eyelid
Step 4: Put a pinky/purple colour on the outer 1/3 of the eye. I used from the 'Costal Scents 88 shimmer palette' 8th row, 4th down
Step 5: Place a darker purply/blue in the outer V of the eye and blend it in. I used from the 'Costal Scents 88 shimmer palette' 6th row, 7th down
Step 6: Go over with a darker blue/purple to darken the crease. I used from the 'Costal Scents 88 shimmer palette' 6th row, bottom colour
Step 7: Go over the white matte area with a white glitter to make a magical effect or because I didn't have white glitter I used 'MAC Under Your Spell' eyeshadow duo. The pink colour from it. It is extremely shimmery and pretty sheer. This came out in their Christmas collection in 2009.
Step 8: Use a magenta and place it along the edges of the purple/blue colour above the crease. I used from the 'Costal Scents 88 shimmer palette' 7th row, 5th down
Step 9: Put on eyeliner and mascara
Enjoy the look!
